Je pensais qu’ils n’auraient que de la pils de l’Est ici, chouette découverte! Un peu difficile à terminer niveau amertume

Flight 4/5. Limpid amber. A rushed head. Significantly modest malt and dried apricot in the olfactory provision. A crisp punch on the tastebuds: a good load of dry-grassy hops dominates. Maybe even resinous. The malty world is narrow and modest. Leaves a light, very crisp, dry and drying sensation.

Hanasta. Ruokajuoma. Terassikalja. Maukas sopivasti humaloitu apa. Uusi miellyttävä tuttavuus oli myös piparjuuri makkaran kanssa sinapin rinnalla.

Too light for my taste for a pale ale.

I picked both the glass and the beer up at the Loo-blah-nah bar near the Zmajski Most (Dragon Bridge) after having a refreshing pint there.
Today was as bloody hot at home, here in The Hague as it was in Ljubljana. The sunny side is, that it is really nice in the garden after returning from the theatre late in the evening. Perfect for this fairly dry Pale Ale.
While the aroma reveals some peach and apricot and a tropical background, the flavour profile is very hop bitter forward. Then comes the pine and the fruits accompany the hops in the lingering aftertaste.
Although the head is not very persistent, it does lace the glass beautifully.
A very drinkable ale, with loads to discover. Cheers!
