Cinnamon is amazing in the aroma. A little bit of chocolate and coffee as well. Taste has cinnamon and coffee up front, followed by bourbon and a little bit of chocolate and oak. Delicious. 4.5/5

Coffee is the first to show up in the aroma. Cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate are next. Delicious aroma. Taste has cinnamon first, followed by chocolate then coffee, oak, subtle bourbon and finally vanilla. This is delicious. I'll definitely grab a few more bottles of this. Medium-full body with a medium-low carbonation. I've never had a Mexican coffee cake before, but if this is what to expect, I can't wait to try one. The bourbon from the barrel aging isn't very apparent, but I'm sure it greatly contributed to the overall experience. More bourbon and oak would likely take this to world class status.
