
Big Bad Baptista is inspired by traditional Mexican coffee, Café de Olla, which is served with cinnamon and piloncillo, an unrefined sugar. The Cinnamon adds another layer of complexity and accentuates the earthy character of Mexican Coffee, but more importantly, it captures the essence of a place and its culture.

Tuhdin makea ja paksu imppi. Maitokaakaota, mausteisuutta, kahvia ja viskitynnyri pyöristyneenä taustalla. Loppuun vielä jopa jonkinlaista minttumaista katkeruutta, joka pyöristää alun makeuden todella hienosti. Voisin juoda toistekkin.

Time for a tasty treat to celebrate another year of work being done. Time for a well deserved break. Coffee, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon and whiskey in the aroma. Taste has cinnamon first, followed by coffee, chocolate, vanilla and whiskey. Very well made and just as tasty as I remember last year's version being. 4.75/5
