Hazy, deep amber beer with extrovert, rather spritzy, short-lived carbonation creates a pure white, velvety head that fails to reach one finger's height. The cap melts soon down to a hair-thin lace ring on top. The olfactory package contains a good amount of horse stable aroma, a bit of durian, generous loads of grapefruit zest and lemon pulp as well as some stuffy wine yeast. The tongue likes the lovely tart impression: bags of zesty citruses dominate the palate, especially massive lemon peel, lemon pulp, a tad grapefruit and a bit of slightly sweeter pomelo. Yeastiness is prominent, bringing in a distant idea of semidry white wine. The body is light. The beer ends quickly with hefty lemon peel accompanied by a good injection of lemon zest and citrus pith. A sharp wine-yeasty aroma pushes forward determinedly, followed by a farmhousey punch. The mouthfeel is colossally tart, relatively puckering and quite stale. It's also damp and remotely vinous. Really funky, interesting and challenging.

Hauska ja toimiva kombo! IBU 25 Kulta Hienon hedelmäinen tuoksu. Mukavan pehmeä kärki, taitteen hapokkuus pienoinen yllätys nimestä huolimatta. Humalat jäävät hieman taka-alalle, mutta ovat tunnistettavissa jälkimaussa.
