Zacht zurige smaak, droge afdronk

This is probably the least beer-ish beer I’ve had, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The story behind the brewing is quite astonishing, and if you are in Brussels and have a couple of spare hours I do recommend going to Cantillon. The beer in itself has a white wine-like taste and I can’t say I’m a mature enough beer-drinker to enjoy these kinds of beers. However it does have a unique story behind it and it does stand out from every other beer I’ve had, so I do want to give credit to Cantillon for coming up with this piece.
