Our West Coast IPA brewed with a balanced bitterness and a blend of our favorite classic IPA hops and new school ones all grown in the Pacific NW. Brewed with 100% malted barley and hopped with Citra, Amarillo Cryo, Idaho 7 and Strata. Candied pineapple, sweet orange, tropical fruit and some dank creamy notes from the Strata.

This is supposed to be a west coast IPA. I really don’t get that.
What I get is some piney resin with some white grape and light pear. It has a really “green” dankness. Hoppy bitterness is medium and lingers in the mouth. From a malt perspective I don’t pick anything taste wise.
Overall this was great. A 420 beer all the way. Traditional west coast no. Excellent true dank beer yes. It truly was a 4.3 but had to deduct .1 since it was advertised as a WC. It drives me nuts when they don’t truly follow the style especially west coast style.
On a side note it has a green tint to it. I thought it was the TV but checked against the light. Green tint. Interesting.
