Robe jaune très pétillante mousse blanche. Un nez de brett vinaigré et acide. En bouche c'est sec, vinaigré, peu d'aromes de vin malheureusement😞 Final sec et amer comme une grosse ipa mais en plus funky grâce à la brett.
