Rainy season has fallen upon us and..... insert some other reasons here....so I've decided on this dunkel. Ruby brown with a standard head. Very nice dark caramel and toffee aroma with very minor hints of chocolate and a bit of sharpness from the wheat. Medium light body falling more on the light side and very clean, it has a nice nuttiness to it. There are also the caramel and slight chocolate notes as well as a mild earthy taste. The wheat really thins it out and helps it from being sweet. I Iike it.
