Served cool, the beer turns a slightly cloudy blond with a dense head and plenty of bubbles. Pleasant, fresh and fruity aroma of citrus and a zest of lime. The taste is nicely balanced with the sweetness of the malt and a firm bitterness originating from the hops. The delicious citrus note provides a delicate and refreshing taste, which results in an excellent dry aftertaste. DESCRIPTION Servie fraîche, la bière prend une couleur blonde, légèrement trouble offrant un col de mousse généreux soutenue d’un perlé convaincant. La Westvleteren Blond entame par un arôme frais et fruité d’agrumes agréables et de zeste de citron vert. Le goût bien équilibré de saveur sucrée du malt et d’amertume ferme est obtenu par l’ajout d’une bonne dose de houblon lors du brassage. Le goût d’agrumes délicieux apporte à la bière une touche fine et rafraîchissante aboutissant à une excellente note finale sèche.
