Lovely saison farmhouse ale

* WM-Trunk #30 * Mit dem Beavertown Quelle Dry Hopped Saison aus der Beavertown Brewery in London gibt sich ein helles, gelblich schimmerndes Saisonbier mit 4,1% die Ehre. Der Trunk entwickelt ein mildes Fruchtaroma mit Hopfennoten. Geschmacklich kommt eine deutliche Hopfennote durch, auch Fruchtnoten, die ich schwer identifizieren kann. Lustig gestaltete Dose, der Inhalt geht in Ordnung, ohne mir jedoch bleibend in Erinnerung zu bleiben.

Not strong, but refreshing and light. On the downside it's the colour of cloudy piss.

Fresh and dry with a sherbert mouthful of tropical fruit hops. Delicious, refreshing and vibrant.

Pours bright yellow/orange, with medium white foam. Aroma of citrus, mango, grass and yeast. Also some spices like pepper and coriander. The mouthfeel is very light with medium carbonation. In the beginning the taste offers quite a lot of citrus and some sourness, quickly turning into yeast and wheat, along with some hints tropical fruits like mango and orange. Finishing off dry and somewhat bitter. Light body and a little watery, but offers nicely crisp and fresh implication of an saison. Might be the wrong season to drink these, damn this would be nice on a hot summer day. 3.5/5
