Blonde, strong but not at all bitter. Had this for the first time in Lyon this weekend at a resto-bar Selcius.
Brewed at Belgium’s St. Stefanus Monastery, St. Stefanus is Aged for three months before it is ready for sale. This ageing gives it a ripe, spicy, fruity character that only improves with age. In fact, the monks recommended keeping it for up to two years - and the transformation is worth the wait.
Bright copper blonde with a puffy head, St. Stefanus breathes classic banana and clove Belgian yeast, with big plummy cereal malts and a reviving alcohol presence that together make this Belgian Ale sing.

Belle découverte, très bonne blonde avec un alcool équilibré en bouche et de bons arômes maltés.
Vive le format 75cL 😎
