Toffee sweetness and roasted coffee notes are balanced by fruity hops in Broken Dial, Harviestoun's zingy amber ale. Oats and wheat give a smooth, creamy body, while Celeia, Simcoe, Liberty and Citra hops burst with pithy orange, cut grass and peach before giving way to a lingering, mouth coating bitterness. Harviestoun Broken Dial won a bronze medal at the 2016 World Beer Cup in the category Ordinary or Special Bitter, and a Bronze Medal at the World Beer Awards 2015 in the category United Kingdom - Amber Pale Ale.

JDW Real Ale Festival, Autumn 2023.
Pours a deep golden colour as opposed to the description given above. Malty with hoppy aromas and flavours.
Tasty, enjoyable beer.

Caramel and coffee notes combine with a fruity hoppyness in this Amber ale, nice lingering bitterness on the finish.

Assez amère mais on sent l'aspect fruité en fond de bouche. Sympa 😊😊

Une odeur de litchi très marquée, très fruitée, pas de mensonge sur le fruity.
En bouche amer ce qu'il faut, un régal !
