Das Op & Top aus den Niederlanden steht vor mir. Optisch ist es bernsteinfarbend und trüb mit grobporriger Haube. Es riecht fruchtig hopfig. So gehts auch weiter. Schöner orangengeschmack, dazu eine gute Bitterkeit. Im Abgang leicht trocken. Hervorragender Tropfen.

Ottima pale ale, ben strutturata, color arancio torbido con schiuma dai sentori erbacei. Al palato è piena alla bevuta, ben luppolata, persistente.
