My adequately not ugly yard is now a disaster after gutting and renovating my kitchen. Soni dont want to sit outside and enjoy the super hot weather with this new beer. Instead I'll stand in my new kitchen. I know first world problems. Firstly there is no head to speak of on this gorgeous amber brown beer. Generous aromas of caramel malt, honey, date, a lightl stonefruit with resinous undertones hops fill seem to fill the room. The taste is mostly fruit hops with light caramel and not much bitterness other than what is needed to keep it from seeming sweet. Medium body with creamy mouthfeel. Tasty but oddly off season beer. I dig it.
