Samea, lähes vaahdoton. Ensisiemaisu selkeän lambicmainen, tyylikkään hapokas, proseccomainen. Happamuus asettuu kun suu tottuu, silti lambic tästä eniten mieleen tulee, vaikka pohja on melko tukeva. Tuoretta leipää, maakellaria. Prosentit eivät maistu, upea tasapaino. Shampanjamainen kokonaisvaikutelma - ja hinta. Erinomaista kyllä myös. Varmasti raakaa ja hapanta, sanoo kettu tämän äärellä!
