From CBH 2018 pop-up shop. Muddy, light copper beer with abundant, effervescent carbonation unlocks a ridiculously excessive, creamy head that rises higher than the entire palm. The foamy cap descends gradually down to a neat lacing on top. The nose receives a good amount of slightly sour blueberry and some musty black currant. Raspberry is exceptionally weak and gets confused with the faint nuance of blackberry. Generally speaking, the fragrance is relatively rich in berries but also unfresh and earthy. Raspberry comes much better forward on the tongue. The nuance is recognizeable and light-sour. A bit of other aromas are also present in the palate, one of the elements may be black currant. Hops are decent -- could be stronger, too. Lactose rounds the taste substantially. The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes quite hastily with light-hoppy aftertaste that portrays a stuffy, earthy combination of raspberry and black currant. Blueberry pops up occasionally but is generally rather hidden. The mouthfeel is somewhat musty and earthy, closed and also rich in berries. Soft and quite easy.
