Magic and a black soul - the mahogany coloured, almost black "Eisbock" for sensuous indulgence, best served in a balloon glas. Matured in a special freezing process following a special recipe, with a soft, elegant body, but still intensive. Spicy flavours of plum, banana and clove reveal themselves along with a hint of bitter almond and marzipan.
Tempting as digestif, to crepes, dark chocolate, Tiramisu and fully ripe parmesan cheese.

Wunderbar potente Schaumkrone. Ziemlich dunkel,fast schwarz.
Dunkle Wild-Beeren ,wie Brombeere die sehr viel Sonne abbekommen haben, treffen hier Trockenfrüchte auf Bitterschokolade eingebettet in Waldhonig. Das alles auf ein extra dunkles Pumpernickel gestrichen mit Einhorn 🦄 Tränen beträufelt und mit Mond-Staub garniert. Die Mona Lisa der Braumeister lässt hier Himmelsposaunen erklingen um die Mauern der Geschmacks Sinne einstürzen zu lassen und den absoluten Höhepunkt des Genusses zu zelebrieren. Ich denke, also bin ich entzückt.

Olipas tosi hyvä ihanan maltainen tuhti maku. Alko ei tule liikaa läpi vaikka potkua onkin reilusti. Ehkä hieman makea omaan makuun.

Ein Eisbock mit 12% Alc. Eindeutig zu alkoholhaltig und auch zu süß für meinen Geschmack. Es bleibt beim Experiment.
