The simple malt bill gives an ABV of 5.8% which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through.
The hops used are of American origin, Columbus, El Dorado and Cascade (45 IBU). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be.

Une ipa de Galway magnifiquement servie comme toujours dans ce beau pays. Ici la bière est sacrée, on la sert avec beaucoup de respect et on la boit avec beaucoup de plaisir. Ça fait toute la différence.
Facile à boire comme ipa, les houblons américains donnent une belle puissance aromatique, l'amertume est agréable, l'équilibre est trouvé, c'est très bon.
Accord parfait avec tenders de poulet, frites.
