Transparent, amber beer from tap builds a shy, white head that melts soon down to totally flat still. The scent is truly interesting! The key aromas include fruit winegum merged with a sweet perfumy nuance, topped up by sour lemon, tropical passionfruit and remote pineapple. The taste portrays extraordinarily sour lemon, harsh lemon peel, zesty grapefruit and puckering passionfruit. The light-bodied beer ends with significantly sour, zesty lemon as well as juicy grapefruit peel. The mouthfeel is extremely puckering and tart. It's simultaneously also very fresh, truly summery, quite juicy and relatively light.
