Bourbon and dark fruits in the aroma. Bourbon and again dark fruits in the taste. Maybe some caramel as well. The barrel aging is evident. A bit of oakiness is present giving this a unique taste compared to other dubbels. Rich, yet smooth flavor. 4/5
