Quality stuff this. Got that distinctive golden ale taste to it, v refreshing. Somehow I only drink golden ales from the lake district/when I'm in the lake district, strong associations there and this took me to my happy place.

Mmm yeah nice to have a lager that tastes of something. Got kinda earthy tones. Very nice, loving up to it's namesake.

Always the highlight of a long walk in the hills. An endemic beer always nice.

Where to start with this golden ale? After 750m of elevation gain on the morning stroll, rest and rehydration is paramount and that’s where this gorgeous tipple comes in. Light and hoppy with an almost citrusy aftertaste. Just perfect.
