Au service, un beau col de mousse qui se tient. On retrouve un joli trouble dans la robe, léger pour une NEIPA. Au nez, explosion de fruits exotique. Plus particulièrement passion et mangue. En bouche, idem. Beaucoup de fruits exotique en début de bouche puis une légère amertume qui rend le tout très pintable. En somme une très bonne bière 🍻
