American beer doesn’t seem to have sustainable foam, which is a pity as it does make a difference to the taste and the aesthetics of the drink. Still, a decent lite beer and went well with the steak and mash. 👌

Samedi 31/01. 21h au Sunset Boulevard avec Quentin, Ashot, Benoît, Mathilde et BA. IPA américaine très douce, plutôt sucrée et assez timide. Pas désagréable, très bonne idée pour faire découvrir l'IPA à quelqu'un je pense.
