Dieses „Bier“ ist selbst für den erfahrenen Fan des gärenden Hopfens nur schwer zu genießen. Beim ersten Eindruck könnte man darauf schließen, dass hier lediglich die Reste vieler anderer Brauerzeugnisse zusammen gekippt wurden und das mit nicht viel Liebe. :(und der allbekannte Spruch: „der erste Eindruck täuscht nicht“, trifft hier auf jeden fall zu) Warum das Bier nun doch eine ganz passable Bewertung (1,6) bekommt, liegt ganz einfach am Preis (1.50£), der mehr als gut ist, wenn man bedenkt, dass dieses in einer nächtlichen Tanzeinrichtung ausgeschenkt wurde.(!)

Dark amber coloured and very hazy indeed. Honey and stone fruit on the nose like peach and apricot. No visible carbonation. Thick mouthfeel with a blast of coconut. Creamy and juicy with peach and apricot just as the aromas. It's like a fruit salad and cream. Tropical but not overbearing with citrus tartness or sweetness. Very smooth almost like a nitro keg bitter. It's quite different actually, the fruit aren't strong at all, there's no piercing citrus for once, it's all soft yet deep. I'd have to look up the hops used as I've got no info. Brighton Bier haven't been the best for me with lustlastre sessions and pales, this brew is very much the opposite: a rich, decadent, thick, creamy, tropical IPA.
