A very light complexion for an IPA and that transfers through to the taste. Quite light on flavour with just a slight citrus flavour (Grapefruit in particular). With the relatively low ABV and lack of punch I guess they were going for a session IPA. If not then that is what they ended up with.

Hardly a lager, very much an IPA with citrus notes, grapefruit and all that. Tastes weak and watery to me. Disappointing.

A light, crisp and highly refreshing session lager with a well-balanced clean taste. It starts with a light mouthfeel dominated by a soft sweet maltiness with subtle flavours of white bread and a touch of sweetcorn. Brewed with British Challenger and First Gold hops, it delivers a gentle fragrant aroma of toasted malt, grass and a slight hint of lemon citrus peel. It concludes with a very dry, cleansing finish and a mild subtle bitterness that does not linger aggressively on the tongue.

Nice enough, even when chilled. Goes down quickly.
