Dark orange color, hazy. Aroma brings a breakfast coffee with a sweet candy toffee. Flavor is mild coffee, a breath of coffee bitterness, and a sweet roasted toffee or caramel. If there is such a thing as a dessert Amber, this is it. I love Amber's, Pizza isn't right without my Shiner Bock. But this is not a beer to be enjoyed with a meal. It's a standalone, enjoyed by itself type of Brew. It's selfish in that it wants your pallet for itself. Does not play well with others. My kind of beer, sit back and enjoy it one sip at a time. I love this beer.

Has a medium head. Orangish red amber color. Not crystal clear. Mild amber flavor that has a faint burnt taste. Very quick finish, slightly bitter but no memorable assets. It's okay but most Amber's are better.
