Pale blanche pour with a thick white head. Malt. Resins. Distilled fermented rice. Distinct spicy aroma. Crisp slightly watery texture. Some citrus. Begins with a bready almost bland note followed by a light bitter hoppy body. Zesty finish. Highly carbonated, had issues with the head overflowing. The brew resembles a hybrid between a Belgian Wit and an average Pilsner.
