A light, crisp and refreshing pale lager with a mild malty sweetness and a clean dry finish. The aroma features a delicate floral scent with subtle notes of grain, grass and a faint hint of rice sweetness. The palate is driven by barley malt and rice adjuncts, delivering a smooth slightly grainy sweetness. There is a very low hop bitterness which provides a clean balance without a heavy aftertaste. The finish is crisp and watery, but quenches the thirst. Best served ice cold to get the most out of this beer.

After a morning hiking on the Great Wall, a welcome refreshment. Like its other Yanjing counterpart, it's fresh, without too much additional taste.
