Looking for still one more traditional 🇱🇹 farmhouse ale. Here it is: the name is "Kaimiškas". Untappd lists this as a Keptinis, a traditional country ale whose mash is baked in oven before it's rinsed to extract wort. Fabulous!! Medium-sludgy, medium-brown beer. A pale beige lacing on the surface. Adorns the top for long although thinner, of course. The scent offers toasted rye bread and bitter caramel. Both variables are quite obscure. The palate is rather thin. The components include baked dough, toasted bread, bitter caramel, molasses, grass and a proposal of pine needle. Okay... The sensation is thin, toasty, balanced, earthy and rustic. Difficult to say anything since this is my first ever keptinis 😅
