Gorgeous color! The robe has a beautiful red color and seems unctuous. Nice head and medium low carbonation. The smell is great, we have fruity notes of red fruits like strawberry, raspberry and boysenberry. There’s chocolate notes hiding there too! .9 Unctuous, fruity attack. .8 Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and berry. The chocolate is difficult to feel though. The raspberry takes a little bit over the other flavors. The berry is there too but the strawberry is difficult to tell.. .7 Frank sourness at the end, with flavorful notes of raspberry and berry. A gentle sweetness lingers there too..8 Nice beer, very enjoyable to sip. However it’s not very balanced and could be more complex with more chocolate notes. It doesn’t keep all its promises but it’s still a good sour. .7

Nice hazy robe. Low carbonation, no head. The smell expresses passion fruit (mango), and citrus (orange). .8 Unctuous attack with cereal oat notes and citrus (orange). .8 Very fruity, with a lot of passion fruit and also citrus with the orange. It’s well balanced and smooth. Very pleasant. .9 Beautiful passion fruit and orange aftertaste with also gentle hints of oats that smoothen the already gentle bitterness. .9 Well balanced beer that offers nice hints of orange and passion fruit. It’s fruity and the alcohol is impressively not detectable. It’s also quite smooth for a dipa (they probably added oats to smoothen the bitterness and to make it more unctuous). It’s very pleasant and I’d say it’s a beginner friendly dipa. .9

No head. Creamy, unctuous and opaque red robe. We can see a lot of particles in the robe too. The smell has very strong raspberry and mint notes. It’s beautifully balanced between the raspberry and the mint! We can feel a few hints of chocolate too. 1 Raspberry attack, and hints of chocolate notes, with a frank sourness. 1 The mint is present but not overwhelming, and appears in the middle of the dégustation. .9 The aftertaste continues with raspberry notes and a few chocolate notes. The mint starts to take more and more space and to develop gradually. .9 Overall a top tier excellent beer. It’s nicely sour, and the sourness really adds up to highlight the aromas. It’s unctuous and feels very smoothly and nicely in the mouth. The only downside is that we don’t really feel the cookies and cream. The feel is creamy and we have some chocolate so I guess it makes up for it. Other than that it’s very balanced, and pretty complex. That’s an excellent beer! .9

Nice head, hazy and very cloudy color. It looks very unctuous. It’s a very good looking beer! It has a very standard IPA smell. We have citrus notes (orange), but also passionfruit and resinous notes. Nice smell! .9 As expected, it’s a very unctuous beer. We have a fruit attack with nice passionfruit notes and a bit of banana too. .9 Then, these notes continue to develop. It’s quite well balanced as well. .8 Finally, a quite gentle bitterness for a DIPA envelops the sweet fruity notes. This offers a very smooth end. .9 Overall, that’s a very good double IPA: we have nice fruit notes, a gentle bitterness and a nice unctuosity. It’s in the standard for what I expect from a very good double IPA. .9
