Very low carbonation, almost no bubbles. Good looking clear robe. No head. The smell is tangy, and has very discrete grapefruit notes. Interesting smell! .9 Nice piney attack! .8 Then we have piney and resinous aromas along with a gentle grapefruit dimension that develops in the aftertaste. .9 The grapefruit indeed develops its notes further in the aftertaste and also adds a nice sweet perspective. That’s nice! .9 Overall a beautiful beer that keeps its promises! It’s indeed a nice mix between the west and east cost styles! Still watching France-England rugby match hopefully the second half will look better for us Frenchies. .9

Nice head. Good looking resinous color. Low carbonation. Very pleasant smell, with nice malt notes and honey notes. .8 Resinous attack. .8 Then we have a nice bitterness with resinous, and honey aromas. Nice! .8 The aftertaste is a bit herbaceous and continues with a strong bitterness, and discrete honey aromas. .8 Overall, that’s a quite good IPA. I’m enjoying drinking it while watching the France-England rugby game!! .8

Nice beautiful clear color. Medium carbonation. The smell has a strong strawberry fragrance and sweet notes. 1 Strawberry attack. .9 Then we have some malty and cerealy notes that develop. .8 The aftertaste is sweet and has nice strawberry notes. .9 That’s not a super complex beer but it is well balanced, and has good aromas. The sweetness is note too strong and nicely highlights the flavors. A thirst quenching beer with great aromas! .8

Nice dark reddish ruby color. Low carbonation. Gentle roasted smell with chocolate and cereal notes. .8 The attack is similar to the smell with gentle chocolate, coffee and cereal notes. .8 Then a more smoky perspective opens up. The notes are well balanced too. .8 The aftertaste offers a gentle bitterness and cereal notes with a discreet smoky taste. .8 Overall that’s a nice porter with gentle and balanced notes. Good beer! .8
