The smell is hoppy, with floral notes and hints of citrus (lemon). .9 Nice cereal taste in the beginning, with hints of floral notes. .9 In the middle of the degustation we have still nice cereal features, floral notes but also some citrusy lemon aromas. .9 Then, we have a nice controlled bitterness that highlights everything. We have still cereal aromas and a bit of lemon. The floral notes change to become more like honey notes. 1 Overall, that's a very balanced and complex pilsner that is also very refreshing.
