Brass Castle is an independent Malton-based Yorkshire brewery and Britain’s best brewer of vegan and gluten-free craft beers. We mash grains, boil hop charges, pitch yeast, rack into casks, seam cans, serve great beer and do an awful lot of cleaning – right in the centre of Yorkshire’s Food Capital. Brass Castle Brewery’s house yeast does its work in five fermenters and the staff clean up after it. The overall result is an ever-changing range of beers and beer styles that garner awards in all quarters, while finding their way around the UK and beyond.
