Cider #4 is interesting! A wild yeast fermented perry. Imagine that! Also brewed in 2023. No priming here either. Hazy straw is the hue. Very pale actually. The fragrance is peculiar: farmhousey, horse stable, vinegar, sour citrus. I can see people turning up their noses... But me, I like this perverted dude! The taste doesn't give vinegar but sour pear and distinctive lemon. Now we are talking! Feels tart, dry, drying and flat in the mouth. Characterful. Very unique and adventurous but the funkiness remains rather subdued. I wish it was more prominent.

Cider #3 contains Finnish apples only. Again, no carbonation. Vintage 2022. The cider looks limpid, deep orange. The nose picks apple juice that is slightly sweeter than that of the previous cider, even faintly jam-like. The mouth enjoys apple juice with marginal tannins. The mouthfeel is flat, juicy, natural, slightly tannic and marginally tart. Getting better.

Cider #2 is a mix of English cider apples and several Finnish varieties. Brewed a year ago. No priming, hence, no carbonation. The color is lucid straw. The scent offers modest apple only. Hmmm well... The taste picks up a bit with dry apple juice with some tannins. Feels flat, juicy, dry, natural, tannic, moderately tart, light and easy. Not impressive though.
