Time to have the beer #4 of my Belgian gift box. 🍺
This beer wears relatively transparent, honey–gold. The carbonation behaves obediently and kicks out a white soapy head that climbs two fingers high. The long retention breathes life into the long-lived foam.
A very manageable scent. Not too sweet. As a matter of fact, it's only moderately sweet. Biscuit malt, a pinch of yeast, grass and lemon peel are the components.
The taste follows suit in that the package is not sweet. I can receive malt, fairly intense lemon peel, grapefruit pith, a bit of lime, grass and faint yeast. More bitter than I anticipated and what the fragrance suggests.
The body is medium to medium-full. Nice! The end is citrusy, especially pithy and somewhat peely but also zesty. A tad bitter.
The sensation left on the tongue is medium-full, zesty, pithy, dry, drying and simultaneously lip-glueing. Surprisingly little Belgiany if at all. Not the shiniest sample of this style but not a disaster either.

Bier is best oké.

After-sauna meal accompaniment. And the closing of the weekend. Beer #3 of the gift box.
Looks semifoggy, deep gold. Obedient carbonation creates a clean white, whipped-creamy foam that grows two fingers tall. The foamy lid loses a bit of its power but wafts seductively as a thick precious layer. Dense ornaments are left on the glass.
A truly mild scent... I can only spot faint malt and apricot. Simple, as such.
Let me taste the gustatory universe if it shows more blinks. Oh yes, indeed, apricot, nectarine, orange and clementine are there. And a bit further down the road, I pick biscuit, waffle, sweet malt and a discreet touch of inverted sugar syrup. Quite approachable for a Tripel!
Feels light-medium, soft, smooth and reasonably Belgiany. Even fluffy. Astonishingly quaffable.

My souvenir box from Brussels 🇧🇪 Never heard of this brewery. Ready to try.
This slender bottle reveals a dark chestnut–auburn beer. Translucent, basically. A creamy airy foam exceeds two fingers. Soon it's a moldy haze only.
Brown malt, syrup and dark caramel in the air. The taste profile tweaks a couple of decimals more bitter and grassy. The malty variable is modestly roasty and a bit dry. No syrup on the tastebuds but rye flour, cookie, dark caramel and dry grass can be detected.
Feels slightly dry, light, marginally roasty, with a hint of sharp bite. Fairly straightforward and uncomplicated.
