Вкус подстать, терпкий, обволакивающий, все прелести Нельсона раскрыты. Слегка анемизирует полость рта и горчит вза языком. Доволен! Excellent! A thick, juicy ale with NS monohops. The aroma fills the entire kitchen at once: herbal, apple, garden berries, green Chinese grapes – superb! The taste matches perfectly: tart, enveloping, revealing all the charms of Nelson. It leaves a slight anemic feeling in the mouth and a bitter aftertaste. Satisfied!

Fine IPA. Ok. Go next.

AIPA на редких хмелях. Аромат мятно-фруктовый, как у жвачки, немного одушки от шампуня, в целом приятно. Мягкий глоток с быстрой горечью, злющей, надо заметить. Ну а вкус ближе к миксу садовых фруктов, где косточковыеа так же ягоды и травы средней полосы гармонично укладываются, но не все угадываются. Весьма приятный эль. An AIPA brewed with rare hops. The aroma is minty and fruity, like bubblegum, with a hint of shampoo, but overall pleasant. A smooth sip with a quick, savory bitterness. The flavor is closer to a mix of orchard fruits, where stone fruits, berries, and temperate herbs are harmoniously blended, but not all are instantly recognizable. A very pleasant ale.

Резкий эль. Аромат леденцов и цветов, немного смолы и спирта. Алкогольная сладость с цветами и тропиками, горечь на высоте глотка и длительно в послевкусии. Пиво мелких глотков. A sharp ale. Aromas of candy and flowers, a touch of resin and alcohol. Alcoholic sweetness with floral and tropical notes, bitterness at the top of the sip and lingering in the aftertaste. A beer for small sips.

Дрифт-тележка с двойной загрузкой Superdelic, в этот раз сварено в стиле Новой Англии, и тут есть что покатать. Смолянистость выше чем в предыдущем варианте, всё мягче и сочнее, к тропически-ягодным мотивам добавляется отчётливый вкус жевательной резинки издетства. Это мне нравится. A Superdelic dual-boot drift cart, this time brewed in New England style, and there's plenty to enjoy. The resin content is higher than the previous version, everything is softer and juicier, with a distinct bubblegum flavor from childhood added to the tropical berry notes. I like that.

Средний DIPA. Монохмель Superdelic не раскрылся очешуителтными гранями. Вполне приятно, сладко-горький эль, с тропически-ягодным вкусоароматическим профилем, немного солярочкой протягивает. A medium DIPA. The Superdelic monohops didn't reveal any striking facets. It's quite a pleasant, bittersweet ale with a tropical-berry flavor profile, with a slight hint of diesel.

Монохмель IPA в американском стиле с Nectaron. Сухо, маракуйя, ананас, прочая прелесть, солидная горечь. Норм. An American-style monohop IPA with Nectaron. Dry, passionfruit, pineapple, and other delights, with a solid bitterness. Okay.

Ооо да! Совершенно нелинейное пиво. Аромат и вкус в калейдоскопе. Почти каждый глоток обрастает новыми оттенками. Что-то очень сложное, вроде оранжево-жёлтых тропических фруктов, и при этом спелая малина и спаржа(!!!). Пил-ел-радовался. Чего и вам желаю. С печёной свининой отлично! Oh yeah! A completely nonlinear beer. The aroma and flavor are kaleidoscopic. Almost every sip reveals new nuances. Something very complex, like orange-yellow tropical fruits, and also ripe raspberries and asparagus (!!!). I drank, ate, and enjoyed it. I wish the same for you. Excellent with roast pork!
