More bitter than I was expecting…but that’s a good thing. Resiny, citrusy hop flavour is really spot on for what’s pretty much an IPA.

First up I thought this was edging towards a sort of IPA-ish golden ale, but then maybe as it warmed a little the classic golden ale hop character came through, revealing a very pleasant, typically English beer.
