🇫🇷 Triple NEIPA bien costaude, un poil trop sucrée pour moi mais ça fait toujours zizir !

The appearance is hazy, deep orange. Shy carbonation but a rich, whipped-creamy head still shoots four fingers high. The descending foam looks stunningly velvety. The glass is left super messy. Nectarine, peach, a whiff of grapefruit pith and a grassy touch find my nose. The malty side is extraordinarily modest, perhaps a little biscuity only. A zesty fruity taste profile. Peach and nectarine. Lovely. Raw mango, as well. Orange, faint lemon peel and a breeze of wheat biscuit. Pretty inviting although I think some of the freshest elements may have already been compromised to some extent (obviously canned on 29 Nov 2025). The body is light-medium to medium. Sufficient for the ABV. The finish is still fruity, juicy and relatively fresh. The mouthfeel is light-medium, juicy, pulpy somewhat tropical and refreshing. An appealing piece.

Impenetrable, deep mango colored beer. Shows a thin milky echo. A bit timid carbonation. The emerging head is creamy, reaches two fingers and descends to a moldy lacing on the surface. Clementine, nectarine, apricot and papaya form a coherent, ripe fruity package. A tiny creamy amendment floats alongside the cocktail. The gustatory sphere continues on the fruity path. Definitely ripe, perhaps even a tad overripe. Bags of stone fruits, especially nectarine and apricot. Papaya, sweet clementine, oat flakes, faint lactose and a creamy reflection constitute the auxiliary sector of the palate. A modest chemical alcoholic tang concludes this chapter. The body is full. Not enormously robust but enough to be called 'full'. The tail waves in concert with ripe mushy fruits where the slight alcoholic touch still leaves its fingerprint. The sensation left behind is full, ripe, juicy, tropical, pulpy, moderately tangy and faintly alcoholic. This portrays some elements that you can expect to find in a TIPA – such as ripeness and alcohol – albeit in surprisingly manageable proportions. Quite successful.
