A fresh version. The same color. Hefty grain and sweet-learning malt in the fragrance. Hmmm... tastes appealing! Sweet. Biscuit, banana, mango and clove. Medium-full, soft, smooth, clean and balanced.

This was brewed in October. Testing for the sustainability. Clear light brown. A strong scent. Cookie and sweet malt. Tastes fairly good. Faint licorice, cacao, strong malt, clove. Medium-full. Stands the test of time well.

Clear, dark orange again. Barley and a bit of rye here. Fruit in the air but also slightly rye floury. Sweet, as well. Maybe marginally harsher but otherwise identical to Batch #30.

Clear, dark orange. A barley-only sahti. Sweet banana but oppressed. Sweet banana, mango, even somewhat jam-like. Traditional but fruity.

Not sure if this is in the contest. Whatever. Pours thick like kissel. Juniper and rye in the fragrance, faint tartness, too. Relatively sweet, slightly alcoholic. Banana of course. Reasonable.
