The guy is a legend. Let's see how the brew dances. Dark brown but not massively opaque. Sweet rye, faintly coffeeish, dark chocolate. That's what I spot in the scent. The flavor profile is hefty with dark malt, dark chocolate, cacao powder and a roasted element. Feels intense, deep, roasty, sticky and full.

Legendary sahti brewer with hundreds and hundreds of batches produced over several decades. Made of Pehkola malts. Mild scent. Slightly floury. Moderately alcoholic taste. Rye, a bit harsh. Juniper, not particularly banana-rich.
