Seconde bière du pendule que je goûte j'crois, une IPA à la couleur blonde, et classique mais très sympa. Effectivement amère, j'ai goûté pire ! Un côté un peu cuivré en bouche, peut-être. Ça change de certaines IPA plus classiques haha

Flight 2/4 is lucid gold. The foamy cap is reasonable, pure white and velvety. Long retention, longer than any of the other three. The scent is weak: grapefruit zest and lemon pith. And rather impotent overall. The palate, again, echoes the fragrance: the flavors are thin, citrusy of course, and bitter. Grapefruit peel and lemon pulp, maybe also pith. Somewhat grassy, too, but first and foremost, bitter citrusy. The body is light minus. The finish leaves a dry citrusy flavor on the tastebuds. Basically, the same cocktail as upfront. The mouthfeel is light minus, crisp, pithy, dry and drying. Lackluster in addition to being impotent.

Très grosse amertume en arrière goût

Flight 2/4 (2). Transparent amber beer. The head like in beer #1. Subdued caramel malt comes through to my nose. Apricot follows. Biscuity, overall. And another thin flavored brew... The caramelly touch is, yet, substantially more bitter than that of the previous sample. Okay, a decent edge can be located there. Black tea, fermented grapefruit peel, a drop of pine resin complete the enjoyment. "Enjoyment"... yeah, right. The body is light but at least not skinny. Honestly light. The end is dry bitter caramelly and resinous. No wonder. Tortures my tastebuds for quite a long time. The mouthfeel is light, crisp like crisp is supposed to be, dry and drying. Not my favorite style but I must appreciate that it at least tries to annoy me. Credits for that!
