Past posting from February 5th 2022 at The Tap House in Chattanooga with Ben. Second beer on a flight of five. Deep copper color, hazy. Sweet earthy amber aroma. Lightly sweet, malt with caramel, a little woodsy. Finish combines a deep brown ale flavor with a little bitterness, light notes of caramel throughout. Enjoyable

Past posting from February 5th 2022 at The Tap House in Chattanooga with Ben. First beer on a flight of five. Extremely dark red color but not opaque. Sweet gingerbread aroma. Texture is lighter and thinner than expected. Taste is alcohol, bitter oak. Raw tangy Ginger. Finish slowly mellows out. Adds some molasses sweetness with a sharp bitter alcohol bite on the end.

Found some beers that I never posted. This trip was to The Tap House in Chattanooga on October 5th 2021 with my neighbor Ben. Finished the flight but could not leave without trying their in-house, very small batch, Empyreal Imperial Stout. Expected opaque brown color. Short chocolate head. Medium crisp texture. Flavor is roasted oak barrel alcohol, boozy. Dark roasted coffee. Rich dark malt bitterness. Finish continues a very bittersweet dark fruit, probably dates, raw cocoa. For such a small batch nano brewery, this was pretty good.

Draft at The Tap House. This was made as a small batch down the street at a new brewery. Very limited supply. Beautiful clear red amber color. Lightly carbonated and a very smooth texture. Strength of flavor was just right. Very dangerous Brew because I could not detect the 8.3%. You think you can drink this all night but you'd better watch out. Enjoyed this one a lot. Hope they make more of it.
