Found some beers that I never posted. This trip was to The Tap House in Chattanooga on October 5th 2021 with my neighbor Ben. Number six beer on a flight of six. Dark brown, totally opaque color. Strong, intense peanut butter aroma. Light and thin texture, definitely a porter. Strong peanut butter flavor with exceptionally little sweetness. More of a raw porter quality. The finish finally brings forth the peanut butter flavor without the raw porter malt, faint sweetness appearing. This is like taking a traditional raw porter and stirring in a small spoon of peanut butter. Unusual balance but the combination works.
