Time for a time beer 🕗 Translucent amber is this APA. An off-white, dense, almost bubbleless head grows one finger tall. Short retention. A cute lace ring adorns the top for longer. Caramel and graham cracker dominate the malty experience of the nose. Grainy with a sweet dried apricot nuance. Caramel, dried apricot, graham cracker, cereal and a twist of brown sugar land on my tongue. A malt-forward beer is this. Feels light-medium, soft, smooth, ripe and modestly drying. Doesn't feel too refreshing though.

Clear, dark chestnut brown beer. A long-lived beige foam that first exceeds one finger and wafts long on the top although smaller. The scent is not particularly powerful but several components can be identified: light-roasted malt, dark coffee and bitter syrup. The taste follows suit in that the pack is somewhat reserved. The flavors include coffee, roasted and even slightly burned malt, dry grass, a bit of molasses and a small amendment of bitter syrup. The mouthfeel is light, roasty, smooth and marginally lip-glueing.

Beer o'clock! [When not...?] 😅 Clear gold is the appearance. A modest off-white frogspawny head that falls distinctly short of one finger. A buttery scent. Also pale malt and biscuit. And an unrecognizable fruity nuance. Lemon zest, pale malt, a pinch of grass and an earthy twist constitute the flavor profile. No trace of diacetyl. Feels light, faintly crisp and slightly earthy. A bit unique, not necessarily in the purest cleanest way.
