Cookie Exchange Milk Stout

Light in mouthfeel for a stout. Sweet, but nothing compared to the one I had in front of this. I'm catching a hint of the cookie with a light touch of vanilla. Not one I'd seek out but nor would I turn down.

Canuck Pale Ale

5.2% American Pale Ale. Great Lakes Brewery.

This pale ale is not to my liking. If I want a Pale Ale I expect something balanced or slightly hoppy, but the Canuck has none of that. It is just way too sweet and tastes overall light. On top, the only real flavor seems very artificial.
