Here's one I made myself. Not had a lot of time for all-grain brewing recently and I needed something in the kegs. The base of this beer is from The Range (UK store) and it's the American IPA extract kit. I tweaked it a little by adding a hop tea at the start of fermentation using 100g of Citra hops and fermented with Clipper yeast from Crossmyloof. I'm well pleased with the result, it's like a hazy West Coast IPA without the pine. It's super hoppy, verging on being too much but tastes great. Loads of citrus notes and a biting bitter finish.

Having never tried Nectaron hops and hearing a lot of good things about them I decided to brew a SMASH (single hop and single malt) American pale style. https://share.brewfather.app/nQZMtrQXpXDBdg Recipe for those who care. Such a simple brew but packed with flavour. I might be biased because I brewed it but this is a fantastic beer. Aroma is fruity and very hoppy. Has flavours of Pineapple, Passionfruit and a bit of Peach, also (citrus) but Grapefruit citrus along with that bitter note you get from grapefruit. It's incredibly easy to drink and hides the almost 6% very well. Ps I'm loving this homebrew hobby 😁

Considering this is only my 2nd all-grain brew it's bloody lovely. It's been in the keg 3 weeks now and is spot on. Tropical fruit flavours with a hint of citrus, very hazy and no noticeable bitterness. Ridiculously easy to drink.

My 1st attempt at an all-grain homebrew. Citrus notes and malt on the nose. Flavour is slightly malty with floral notes and citrus. Just the smallest hint of bitterness on the finish. Body I'd say is light to medium. It's a crisp and refreshing brew and easy to drink. Well done me lol.

Very malty with stone fruit flavours. This has only been in the keg for a week so will develop nicely I believe.
