Very dark robe. Caramel and bourbon smell. .9 Bourbon attack. .9 Then the caramel notes develop. Nice bourbon notes. .8 It continues on the aftertaste that lingers for quite a while. .9 Good beer, that’s what I expected. The promises are kept. .9

Nice amber color. Small head. The smell is gently malted but not very expressive. .6 Nice caramel amber attack. .9 Then we have amber notes that develop further with toasty notes. .8 The aftertaste continues similarly. .8 Overall a beer that keeps its promises (amber/toasty/rich) but that could be more expressive. Good nonetheless. .8

Nice lime smell with hints of pepper. .8 The attack has a beautiful pepper flavor. .9 Then the lime appears and adds up to the pepper. It’s nicely balanced and offers a good complementary complexity. 1 The aftertaste offers nice pepper flavors and a little bit of spicy warmth. That’s great! A little bit salty too! 1 Overall, an excellent beer with all promises kept. It’s refreshing like a Mexican lager, crisp and it has nice lime and pepper dimensions. Good! .9

Low carbonation. Nice head. Clear robe. The smell has nice citrus lime notes. A bit of Cereal too. .9 Refreshing attack with lime notes. .9 Then we have more citrus notes that develop, mainly on the lime. It’s fruity and veeery refreshing! 1 The aftertaste is crisp and dry. Gentle bitterness too. .9 The promises were “crisp/dry/refreshing “ and they are all kept in my opinion! Very nice beer with good notes and nicely balanced too! Excellent beer!! 1

High carbonation, nice head that lasts for a while. The robe is not dark at all! The smell has beautiful coffee notes, it’s very gentle but it really smells like roasted coffee. We also have hints of a more “normal” pilsner with cereal notes. Excellent!! 1 Very nice coffee attack with roasted notes. 1 Then we have a more pilsner dimension with cereal notes. .9 Crisp cereal finish along with a gentle coffee dimension. .9 Overall an excellent beer, the goal is 100% achieved. We have a perfect blend between a pilsner and a coffee. The coffee notes are present and really add something nice without being too strong or ruining the pilsner. The mix between the two is original and very nice. We have excellent notes that are masterly balanced. Excellent and original beer, I want more of this coffee pilsner idea!! 1

Nice head, yellow cloudy robe. The smell has gentle cereal notes with hints of citrus (lime zest). .9 The attack is very refreshing with nice cereal notes and a bit of lime. .9 Then, the lime perspective opens more and offers nice aromas. We could find hints of apple here too. .9 The aftertaste is very likeable too, it’s light and offers a crisp finish. We have a nice white bread dimension along with a few lime citrus hints. .9 Overall, a very nice Kölsch, sparkly, and refreshing: perfect for a warm afternoon! The aromas are good and nicely balanced. Good beer! .9

Nice head, medium carbonation. Resinous, hop forward smell. .8 Resinous and citrusy attack. .9 Floral and citrus notes then develop, still with a resinous background. A gentle sweetness appears too. .9 The aftertaste offers a gentle bitterness, and continues with the resinous dimension and the gentle sweetness. Clean and dry finish. .9 Overall, a nice west coast ipa with a resinous character, a nice body from the 8% (even if we don’t taste the alcohol), and a little sweetness. It keeps the promises written on the can…nice! .9

Very nice Gose! We have nice herbaceous notes of rosemary and coriander. We also have orange peel notes and cranberry! Everything adds up nicely and is accompanied by a gentle salty dimension. Overall a quite complex and balanced beer, and refreshing too!

Pretty good! It's refreshing, and has a low alcohol percentage. Perfect to get well from a difficult new year's eve hangover! It has nice hoppy flavours, mostly citrus. Great beer!
