Made with 7 different types of malts. Why? Sweetness and roastyness but not enough edge or richness to be a great porter. On the other hand it looks like I have rated this very highly before in another app and so have others. Maybe I need to give it another chance.

Refreshing, crisp beer with pine and bitterness. ❤️

Dry and refreshing. The flavour is mild, but still quite satisfying.

Nice and sweet!

Drank this back in August at the brewpub and clearly didn’t appreciate just how good it was. It’s Robust Porter territory, lots of deep malt and fresh coffee flavours backed up with a discerning body, needs to be drank to be appreciated.

Aromas of fruit but with a slight nuttiness. Nothing too exciting, rather like a well carbonated Mild with caramel, toffee, fresh bread and hints of chocolate. Bitterness is prominent but doesn’t last, just enjoying its presence as wasn’t expecting any at all.
