Just kidding, the previous one wasn't the last one. This is. Sahti #2 from Jyväskylä. I didn't know that this one exists. Lovely. Floury scent. Floury again the taste. Rye. Crackery.

Made by the Sahti scientist Mika Laitinen. He has authored "Viking Age Brew". Hazy, yellow beer. White head, exceeds one finger easily. Refreshing scent, birch leave is evident. Wow! The taste is nice with birch leaves and pale malt. Refreshing for sure. I could gulp this in volumes.

Very good standard Sahti. Nothing off-putting here. Distantly tart though but fairly palatable. The yeast is a Latvian farmhouse yeast. Interesting. Nothing wrong here.
