Pale raisin color. Fermented banana in the scent. Floury. Very sweet taste. Bags of banana of course. Lovely. Thick.

Looks somewhat pale. Rye again, both in the fragrance and taste. Makes sense since we are talking about Ostrobothnian Sahtis. A tad sharp though.
